ONE LONG DAY.
Trevor and I spent the better part of 10 hours today shooting video, along with two engagement shoots here in Appleton. I think I cleaned out nearly 5 empty cups of coffee from my car after it was all said and done. The weather was supreme and the comaraderie was fantastic! Here are some shots from the day…

I really like your use of found backdrops, especially the one in front of that worn garage door, fabulous shot!
I refound your blog via Zack and am very happy to have done so.
I know the empty coffeecupsyndrome but to a lesser extent, lol.

David,
When you do an engagement shoot, do you have the locations planned and scouted, do you get the couple to wander around with you or … just curious how you plan.

David~
Generally planned. I used to go into them without a clue right up to the shoot, until I beat my locations to death. Nothing gripes at me more than photographers that use the same locations over and over again. Take 2 hours and drive around. Visualize your shots in your head when you are looking.
