Mark it on your calendar folks! My homeboy Zack Arias is leaving the sweet southern charm of Atlanta, GA to bear the Wisconsin winter and will be coming to little ‘ole Appleton on March 29th to do a talk for the Fox River Ad Club. This whole shindig is open to the public, ad folks, designers, all-around nerdy creatives and photographers alike! Granted this is one of Zack’s very few speaking engagements this year, don’t be fooled; he is here to hang out, drink a few beers and spend some time relaxing in the Great White North. Not to mention Zack and I are planning something extra special for photographers happening at our studio while he is here in WI. Details will be announced here on the blog soon, so stay tuned!

Zack has been a dear friend of mine for many years, given me a few kicks in the a$$ along the way and has taught me about being honest with myself as a husband, father and photographer. I’m pretty dang excited he is coming out to talk to all of you. I’ve long since admired his honesty, humor and willingness to give back to the art community. Trust me, you won’t wanna miss this event if you are just beginning or currently working in any creative field. I hope to see “y’all” come out and show him some Midwestern love!
